A leading regional law firm is recruiting for an experienced Private Client Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner to join its established team based in Bourne, Lincolnshire.
The department offers a broad range of work and advises on all aspects of private client law, including wills (simple and complex), probate, estate administration, trusts, tax, inheritance tax planning, life planning, and Court of Protection matters.
You will be joining a modern and dynamic team that values its people and promotes a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a full range of private client services to clients
- Manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with between 3-5 years of post-qualification experience within Private Client, or experienced Fee Earner
- Strong technical knowledge and client management skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex matters clearly and empathetically
- Personable, compassionate, and confident with good commercial awareness
- Commitment to ongoing professional development; STEP qualification (or working towards) desirable
