Sacco Mann is working with a leading national law firm with one of the largest and most highly regarded private client teams in England. Their Private Client department represents a significant proportion of the firm’s overall headcount, reflecting both the scale of our work and their long-standing reputation in this area. The firm acts for generations of families and a broad range of clients, delivering pragmatic, technically excellent advice through a collaborative, one-team approach.
An opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Director o join our substantial and well-established Private Client team in Spalding. This office is a key hub for private client work and is home to a large proportion of the firm’s private client lawyers. Due to a consistently high volume of work and a very busy Partner practice, we are looking to strengthen the team with an additional solicitor.
The role offers exposure to high-quality, complex private client matters and the chance to work closely with experienced colleagues across the wider team, while developing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Managing a varied private client caseload

Advising clients on wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and succession planning

Providing clear, practical, and tailored advice to individuals and families

Working closely with Partners and senior colleagues on complex matters

Building trusted, long-term relationships with clients

Collaborating with colleagues across offices and specialist teams

Contributing to the continued growth and reputation of the Private Client team
About You

Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client work

Strong technical ability with a client-focused and pragmatic approach

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable working as part of a large, collaborative team

Motivated to develop expertise and progress within a leading private client practice
