An established and growing regional law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join its friendly and collaborative team in either Hull or York. This role involves high-quality private client work and will suit someone looking to work long-term as a paralegal.
You will support a busy and well-regarded Private Client department handling a varied and interesting caseload.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting Wills
- Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Assisting with estate administration matters
- Supporting senior fee earners and partners with private client work
- Working collaboratively within a small, supportive team
About You
- At least 12 months’ paralegal experience in private client work
- Proven experience drafting Wills and LPAs
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career as a paralegal
- Organised, personable, and confident working with clients
