Boutique, commercial law firm looking for an experienced Private Client Partner into their Preston offices.
Our client is looking for an exceptional Private Client Partner to join the team which deals with matters for a wide spectrum of clients including high net-worth individuals and business clients.
They also offer a competitive salary for the area, 28 days annual leave (plus statutory holidays) and hybrid working options.
About the role
As a Private Client Partner, your main duties may include:
- Preparation of client wills
- Inheritance tax mitigation
- Lifetime trusts
- Administration of estates and trusts
- Preparing and registering Lasting Power of Attorney
- Applications to the Court of Protection
- Acting as a senior member of the private client team, working with and mentoring junior solicitors and paralegals
- Business development initiatives and networking locally
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have 8+ years PQE within Private Client Law, is looking to really hit the ground running in their next role and has fantastic client care, organisational and business development skills.
