Private Client Partner - East Midlands

Our client, a reputable national law firm, is seeking a Private Client Partner to join their Lincoln office.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload across a broad spectrum of private client matters, including wills, trusts, inheritance tax planning, Court of Protection, lasting powers of attorney, and deputyship management.

The work involves high-net-worth clients and a variety of complex issues, with the chance to work on high-profile private client matters including mental capacity, business interests, and estate planning across multiple sectors such as Agriculture, Landed Estates, Real Estate, and more.

  • Experience in Private Client law, ideally at partner level or seeking to step into a partnership role
  • Ability to manage a substantial private client caseload independently.
  • Experience in Court of Protection, estate planning, trusts, and wills
  • Strong client management and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to assist and mentor junior team members.

There will also be an opportunity to assist more junior solicitors in developing their skills. The role is ideally suited for someone at partner level or an experienced private client solicitor looking to step up to partnership.
