The Role
Our client is looking for a dynamic and motivated Private Client Solicitor to take a leading role within the practice where you’ll manage your own caseload of high-value and complex matters, mentor and support junior colleagues, and work alongside senior lawyers on sophisticated, cross-disciplinary cases. The work is varied and intellectually rewarding, covering:
- Estate and succession planning
- Tax and property ownership structures
- Inheritance tax and capital gains tax
- Trusts and fiduciary matters
You’ll also collaborate with teams across the firm including Commercial Property, Corporate, and Family.

About You
You’ll bring:
- 9+ years PQE from a leading regional or City firm
- Strong technical knowledge in private client work
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- The confidence to manage your own workload and build trusted client relationships
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for mentoring others
- Impeccable attention to detail and organisation
