The Opportunity
A reputable regional law firm is seeking a Solicitor (NQ–5 PQE) to join its expanding team in Worcestershire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level lawyer looking to develop their career within a supportive, well-established practice. You will work on a broad and engaging caseload, benefit from hands-on training where needed, and enjoy genuine scope for progression as the department continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and assist with a varied caseload appropriate to your level of experience.
- Provide clear, practical, and client-focused advice across relevant areas of law.
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documentation and correspondence.
- Maintain excellent client communication and deliver a high standard of service throughout each matter.
- Work collaboratively with senior solicitors, taking guidance and progressing towards greater autonomy.
- Support the wider team on complex matters and departmental projects.
- Help to build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and the growth of the practice.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Solicitor from NQ up to 5 years’ PQE.
- Strong grounding in Private Client work from training or post-qualification experience.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to take on increasing responsibility.
- Strong client care ethic with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- A team player committed to contributing positively to a collaborative working culture.
