A client-focused law firm is seeking a compassionate and motivated Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its Wills & Probate team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied and rewarding caseload while supporting colleagues and delivering outstanding client care at some of life’s most important moments.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of private client matters and play an active role in the continued success and development of the department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a varied caseload including Wills, Probate, LPAs and Trusts
- Supervising and mentoring secretarial and junior fee-earning staff
- Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong professional relationships
- Supporting business development and the promotion of the department
About You
To thrive in this role, you will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor or fully qualified Chartered Legal Executive with great Private Client experience
- Have strong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail
- Be confident managing your own caseload independently
- Have experience supervising staff, or be ready to take this next step
- Be proactive, well organised and committed to high standards of service
- Be empathetic, client-focused and confident in your expertise
