Job Title: Private Client Solicitor (2 PQE – Partner)

About the Role:
A highly regarded Legal 500 ranked private client team in London is seeking an experienced solicitor across 2 PQE to Partner level to join their expanding practice. The team advises high net worth individuals, families, and trustees on a broad range of private client matters, including estate planning, trusts, tax planning, succession, and family wealth management.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a solicitor looking to work in a collaborative, client-focused environment while developing their career toward partnership. The role offers a hybrid working model, combining in-office collaboration with flexibility to work remotely.
Responsibilities:

Advising high net worth clients on estate planning, wills, trusts, and succession planning.

Providing guidance on tax-efficient structures and cross-border private client matters.

Drafting complex legal documents, including Wills, trust deeds, and powers of attorney.

Supporting clients with sensitive family and wealth matters, ensuring a high level of client care.

Contributing to business development and assisting the team in building and maintaining client relationships.
Requirements:

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales.

2 PQE to Partner level experience in private client law.

Strong technical knowledge of trusts, estate planning, and tax matters.

Experience managing client relationships with discretion, professionalism, and commercial awareness.

Excellent communication and drafting skills.
