A top tier City firm is seeking a talented Private Client Associate to join its highly regarded team in London.

This is an opportunity to work on exceptional quality matters for UHNW and HNW individuals, families and business owners, many of whom have complex personal and corporate structures and significant international interests. The team is known for delivering commercially astute, solution-led advice and building long-term trusted relationships with clients.

The Role

As an Associate, you will:

  • Advise on a broad range of UK and international private client and tax matters

  • Provide strategic, solution-based advice tailored to complex client circumstances

  • Support partners and senior fee earners on sophisticated estate and succession planning matters

  • Work closely with colleagues in Private Wealth, Property, Corporate and Dispute Resolution on cross-departmental matters

  • Take an active role in managing client relationships and delivering a first-class service

The role offers exposure to high-value, multi-jurisdictional work within a collaborative and intellectually strong environment.

The Candidate

You will:

  • Be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales 

  • Have strong experience in private client tax and wealth structuring

  • Be comfortable advising UHNW/HNW clients

  • Demonstrate excellent technical ability and commercial awareness

  • Be confident, personable and capable of building trusted client relationships

The Package

  • Salary from £90,000 upwards, dependent on experience

  • 1,350 annual chargeable hours target
