Private Client Solicitor – Central London
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a leading firm based in Central London. This role offers the chance to handle a varied caseload of high-quality private client work within a supportive and well-regarded team. The firm is seeking someone around 2–7+ years’ PQE who is keen to develop their career in a dynamic and client-focused environment.

The Role
You will advise on a full range of private client matters, acting for a diverse client base that includes high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees, and business owners. The role provides excellent scope to manage complex cases, take on responsibility, and contribute to the continued growth of the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising on wills, trusts, estate planning, and inheritance tax matters

  • Handling probate and estate administration, including high-value and cross-border estates

  • Advising on powers of attorney and Court of Protection applications

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships with empathy and professionalism

  • Assisting with business development initiatives to grow the firm’s private client offering

  • Managing your own caseload whilst working closely with experienced partners and colleagues

About You

  • 2–7+ years’ PQE as a Private Client Solicitor

  • Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts, tax, and estate planning

  • Experience of advising HNW clients and handling complex estates is advantageous

  • Excellent client care and communication skills, with a personable and empathetic approach

  • Ambitious, organised, and keen to take on responsibility in a collaborative team environment
