Sacco Mann is working with a national Commercial Property Litigation team that is seeking a dedicated and proactive Trainee Legal Executive or paralegal to support their busy and respected department. This role involves assisting in high-quality legal services related to a broad spectrum of real estate disputes, including lease renewals, break notices, forfeiture, dilapidations, service charge disputes, rent arrears recovery, easement and restrictive covenant disputes. The successful candidate will work closely with solicitors and partners, managing their own caseload while supporting solicitors on larger cases. There are excellent opportunities for developing client relationships and supporting business development initiatives within a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
- Previous experience in commercial property litigation or general property litigation preferred
- Law degree, LPC, or CILEX qualification (completed or in progress) preferred
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proactive, positive, and adaptable approach to work
