Sacco Mann is working with a leading law firm in Leeds to recruit a Paralegal to join their highly regarded Property Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in high-quality, complex litigation work within a supportive and experienced team.
The team is well known for delivering high-calibre work for national clients, handling both day-to-day matters and highly complex, precedent-setting cases. You will be working on a broad range of property, litigation matters including:

Lease renewals and terminations

Dilapidations
-
Rights to light disputes
-
Service charge disputes (including High Court appeals)
-
Rights of way matters
-
Collective enfranchisement matters, including cases with human rights implications
About You

A minimum 6–12 months’ litigation experience

Property litigation experience preferred, but commercial or general civil litigation experience will also be considered

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Interest in property litigation and complex legal issues

Excellent communication and organisational skills
