Are you a Property Litigation Partner looking to lead, grow and shape a high-performing disputes practice in Manchester?

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded legal firm in the North West, is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Partner to join their Manchester office as part of a strategic growth appointment. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior property disputes lawyer to take ownership of complex work, build lasting client relationships, and play a pivotal role in the continued expansion of the firm’s property litigation offering.

The Role

As Property Litigation Partner, you will:

  • Lead on a broad range of property litigation matters, including high-value and complex disputes

  • Advise clients on strategic issues across commercial and residential property disputes

  • Manage and develop key client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser

  • Support, mentor and develop junior lawyers within the team

  • Contribute to business development, profile-raising and practice growth across the region

  • Play an active role in shaping the strategic direction of the property litigation department

About You

You will be:

  • A qualified solicitor with significant experience in Property Litigation / Real Estate Disputes

  • Operating at Partner level or a senior lawyer ready to step into partnership

  • Experienced in handling complex, high-value property disputes

  • Commercially minded, with strong client relationship and business development skills

  • A confident leader who enjoys working collaboratively and supporting team growth
