The Role
As Property Litigation Partner, you will:

Lead on a broad range of property litigation matters, including high-value and complex disputes

Advise clients on strategic issues across commercial and residential property disputes

Manage and develop key client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser

Support, mentor and develop junior lawyers within the team

Contribute to business development, profile-raising and practice growth across the region

Play an active role in shaping the strategic direction of the property litigation department
About You
You will be:

A qualified solicitor with significant experience in Property Litigation / Real Estate Disputes

Operating at Partner level or a senior lawyer ready to step into partnership

Experienced in handling complex, high-value property disputes

Commercially minded, with strong client relationship and business development skills
