Leading, well-regarded law firm looking to recruit an experienced Property Litigation Partner into their Preston offices.

About the role
As a valued member of this dynamic and fast-paced team, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Running a full caseload of matters such as leasehold disputes, boundary disputes, adverse possessions, section 20 processes and dilapidation processes
- Drafting and responding to proceedings in Court
- Providing written and verbal advice to clients
- Liaising with clients, third parties, Courts and opponents
- Supervision of the overall department
- Taking part in Business Development Initiatives
About You
Motivated and pragmatic with outstanding interpersonal skills, you will be results driven, someone who enjoys the mix of client-facing work and looking to take the next step in your career.
- 6+ years PQE within Property Litigation
- Strong case management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and case management systems
- Experience delivering client training or internal presentations
- Keen to take responsibility, develop business, and contribute to a growing team
