The Opportunity
A respected national law firm is seeking a talented and ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding team in Birmingham City Centre.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven lawyer to take the next step in their career within a growing, highly regarded property disputes practice. The team advises a wide range of clients, from individual landowners and residential occupiers to major commercial developers, investors, and corporate occupiers.
You’ll be joining a supportive, forward-thinking team recognised for its technical excellence and client-focused approach, with genuine opportunities to develop into a future leader of the practice.
Key Responsibilities

Advising clients on all aspects of property litigation, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, rights of way, and land ownership claims.

Acting for both commercial and residential clients, from individuals to large developers and investors.

Managing your own caseload while supporting partners on complex and strategic matters.

Contributing to business development and helping to shape the continued growth of the Birmingham team.

Mentoring junior colleagues and supporting the delivery of excellent client service.
About You

Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in property litigation or general dispute resolution.

Excellent technical knowledge with a strong understanding of real estate and commercial property disputes.

Confident communicator with strong advocacy, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

Ambitious, commercially minded, and eager to take on leadership responsibilities.
