A leading national law firm is seeking a talented Property Litigation Solicitor (2+ years’ PQE) to join its growing Birmingham-based team.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload including commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, possession and trespass claims, dilapidations, and service charge issues.
- Acting for a mix of high-profile corporate clients, property investors, and social housing providers.
- Providing strategic and practical advice to clients on all aspects of property litigation.
- Working closely with senior lawyers on complex and high-value disputes.
- Taking part in business development activities and building strong professional relationships across the region.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in property litigation or related dispute resolution work.
- Excellent technical and drafting skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator able to deliver pragmatic, client-focused solutions.
- Collaborative, motivated, and committed to personal and professional development.
- Enthusiastic about contributing to the growth and reputation of the Birmingham team.
