The Opportunity
A leading national law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ–2 years’ PQE) to join its expanding team in Birmingham.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a specialist practice handling a broad range of property disputes for major commercial clients. The role offers a mix of contentious and advisory work, with exposure to high-value matters and the chance to gain experience in court proceedings, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing and assisting with a range of commercial property disputes, from landlord and tenant issues to development-related claims.
- Supporting senior lawyers on complex and high-value litigation and arbitration matters.
- Handling your own caseload of lower-value disputes under supervision.
- Advising clients on strategy and risk across all stages of proceedings.
- Participating in mediation and other alternative dispute resolution processes.
- Contributing to business development activities, seminars, and client training.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ–2 years’ PQE) with experience in property or commercial litigation.
- Strong understanding of litigation processes and the Civil Procedure Rules.
- Excellent communication, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Proactive and client-focused, with a commercial mindset.
- Keen to develop expertise in complex property disputes within a supportive team environment.
