About the role
Within this Property Litigation role, you will be joining a dynamic and fast-paced team. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Running a full caseload of matters such as leasehold disputes, boundary disputes, adverse possessions, section 20 processes and dilapidation processes
- Drafting and responding to proceedings in Court
- Providing written and verbal advice to clients
- Liaising with clients, third parties, Courts and opponents
- Supervision of more junior members of staff
- Taking part in Business Development Initiatives
About You
- 3+ years PQE in Property Litigation law
- Excellent communication and client-care skills
- The ability to manage a varied caseload independently
- A proactive and collaborative approach
- A passion for delivering compassionate legal advice
- Confidence in client meetings
