Property Lawyer – Commercial and/or Residential (2+ PQE)

I am working with a highly regarded boutique firm in North East London, seeking a Property Lawyer with a minimum of two years’ experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist practice handling high-quality, high-value property work within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The firm is open to candidates with either commercial property, residential property, or a blend of both. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, a proactive approach, and a genuine enthusiasm for property law.
Work will include:
Commercial property (if applicable)

Landlord and Tenant matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial leases

Commercial sales and purchases

Development work

Secured lending
Residential property (if applicable)

Residential sales and purchases

Drafting and negotiating residential leases

Residential management work

Secured lending
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ property law experience (commercial and/or residential)

Ability to manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision

Strong communication and client-facing skills

Team player with a proactive and organised approach
