The Opportunity

A leading national law firm is continuing to invest in its Property practice and is seeking a solicitor or associate to join its growing team. This is a chance to work in a high-profile, purpose-driven area of property law, advising a diverse client base on complex and often sensitive property-related disputes.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, multi-office team delivering practical, solutions-focused advice to organisations operating in regulated and socially significant environments.

The Team

The Property team operates as a single national unit, with lawyers based across multiple UK offices. The practice advises a broad range of landlords and property-owning organisations, from large national providers to specialist operators, as well as public bodies and charitable organisations.

The team has seen sustained growth in recent years, driven by long-standing client relationships and repeated success in competitive tenders. It is recognised for combining strong technical expertise with a pragmatic, client-focused approach.

The Role

You will advise landlords and property owners on a wide range of property management and litigation matters, including:

  • Possession and eviction proceedings
  • Injunctions and enforcement actions
  • Anti-social behaviour and nuisance claims
  • Breach of tenancy and lease obligations
  • Property-related fraud matters
  • Equality Act and capacity-related issues
  • Access disputes relating to safety and compliance
  • Service charge and occupation disputes

The role offers autonomy, responsibility and the opportunity to work directly with clients, supported by experienced colleagues and partners

About You

  • Qualified solicitor with relevant property or landlord-side experience
  • Background advising social or institutional landlords is essential
  • Confident managing your own caseload and client relationships
  • Strong drafting, analytical and organisational skills
  • Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-driven
  • Collaborative approach and commitment to high-quality client service
