The Role
This is an outstanding opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to develop their expertise in Real Estate Finance. You will be working on a wide variety of high-quality matters, including complex transactions, and will have the chance to manage your own caseload under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on a broad range of real estate finance transactions
- Acting for lenders, borrowers, and other stakeholders in property-related funding matters
- Drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documentation, and other relevant contracts
- Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Building strong client relationships through excellent service and communication
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues across the firm
About You
The successful candidate for this Real Estate Finance role will ideally have at least 6 months previous experience at a Paralegal level or has completed within either Commercial Property or Real Estate Finance a seat during their training contract.
You will be looking to take the next step in your career, have fantastic organisational skills and is ready to hit the ground running.
