Our client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Wilmslow, Cheshire, currently seeking a Newly Qualified to 2 years’ PQE Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join their reputable and growing property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor to build a strong foundation in real estate finance, working on a varied and high-quality caseload alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers. The role offers hands-on exposure to property-backed finance transactions, excellent training, and clear long-term career progression.
The Role
You will support and work alongside senior lawyers while gradually managing your own caseload of real estate finance matters, including:

Assisting on a range of real estate finance transactions, acting for lenders and borrowers

Drafting and reviewing finance and security documentation

Supporting transactions from instruction through to completion

Liaising with clients, lenders, brokers and other professional advisers

Developing technical knowledge across commercial property and finance law
The Ideal Candidate

Newly Qualified Solicitor up to 2 years’ PQE

Training or post-qualification experience in Real Estate Finance and/or Commercial Property

Strong technical ability with a keen interest in property finance work

Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to learning

Highly organised, with strong attention to detail

Ability to work well within a busy, supportive team
