Sacco Mann are delighted to be working with a highly regarded law firm based in Manchester to appoint a Real Estate Finance Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE.
This pivotal role involves leading on complex real estate financing transactions for a diverse portfolio of clients, including lenders, developers, property companies, and investment funds. You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating finance documents such as facility agreements, fee letters, and priority documents, whilst managing deal teams spanning junior lawyers and paralegals both locally and internationally.
As a senior member of the REF team in Manchester, you will play an integral role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships, providing practical and high-quality legal advice, and supporting the development of junior colleagues.

The successful Real Estate Finance Solicitor will:
- Lead on Real Estate Finance deals for a broad range of assets for a wide range of both lender and sponsor clients.
- Draft or negotiate finance documents including facility agreements, fee letters and priority documents.
- Manage deal teams including junior associates, trainees and paralegals both from within Real Estate Finance and throughout the firm in the UK and globally.
- Develop and deepen client relationships, for clients ranging from banks, investment banks, private equity funds, alternative investors, developers property companies, to our annuity clients.
- Depending on your interests and experience, get involved in our sector and specialist experience teams to continue to develop your own expertise and share knowledge with colleagues.
- Ideally have 5+ years’ PQE within Real Estate Finance, Banking & Finance
- Possess a strong understanding of key Real Estate Finance concepts and market awareness
- Have proven ability to manage deal teams and lead on complex transactions
- Hold excellent client relationship management skills and commercial acumen
- Have flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Be team-oriented with a collaborative approach to working across departments and locations
