Our client, a well-established and ambitious law firm, is looking to appoint a Real Estate Partner to spearhead its Commercial Property offering in the region. This is a senior leadership position for a driven and well-connected solicitor who combines technical excellence with genuine commercial flair.
About the role:
You’ll take ownership of the firm’s Real Estate strategy in Manchester, leading a talented team and working closely with senior management to expand the firm’s footprint in the property market. The role will see you advising a broad client base across investment, development, landlord and tenant, and real estate finance work, while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
About you:

Senior Commercial Property Solicitor, ideally at Partner or Legal Director level

Strong reputation and client following within the Manchester or wider North West market

Proven track record of winning and developing commercial property work

Confident leader with the ability to mentor and inspire junior team members
