The Opportunity
A leading UK law firm is seeking a talented Real Estate Solicitor / Associate (3–5 PQE) to join its highly regarded national practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused lawyer to take on high-quality work with excellent progression prospects in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

The Role
As part of a growing team, you will:

  • Advise clients on the full spectrum of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and real estate finance.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, development agreements, reports on title, and certificates of title.
  • Provide property support on corporate transactions, including reviewing and negotiating share/asset purchase agreements and carrying out due diligence.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas on multi-disciplinary matters.
  • Build lasting client relationships and contribute to business development activities.

Clients & Sectors
You will act for a varied and prestigious client base, including:

  • Investors and funders
  • Developers and operators
  • A combination of private companies and public bodies

  • 3–5 years’ PQE in commercial property law.
  • Strong technical knowledge and drafting ability.
  • Confidence working directly with clients and managing matters independently.

  • A proactive, practical approach and an interest in business development.
