Key Responsibilities

Manage a broad caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion

Lead, mentor, and support junior team members to develop their skills

About You
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and experienced professional with at least 2+ years’ post-qualification experience in Residential Conveyancing, capable of managing a diverse caseload. Applications from Newly Qualified Solicitors with relevant training in Residential Property and the ability to handle a broad range of matters will also be considered. You should possess strong IT skills, including familiarity with case management systems, and demonstrate exceptional organisational and attention to detail. A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and excellent communication skills are essential. Leadership experience and a passion for mentoring others are desirable, but training and support will be provided according to your experience.
