Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of residential property transactions, with a particular focus on new build and plot sales.
  • Handling the full conveyancing process from instruction to completion, with appropriate supervision and support.
  • Using the firm’s innovative technology platform to streamline processes and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Contributing to business development initiatives and supporting the continued growth of the team.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in new build and plot sales work, whether acting for the developer or the buyer.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently.
  • Enthusiasm for innovation and openness to working with AI-powered tools and systems.
  • Ambition to progress and, over time, move into more specialist or complex areas of property law.
