A leading national law firm with offices across the UK is seeking a Residential Property Fee Earner to join its growing team in Birmingham. Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of residential property transactions, with a particular focus on new build and plot sales.
- Handling the full conveyancing process from instruction to completion, with appropriate supervision and support.
- Using the firm’s innovative technology platform to streamline processes and deliver exceptional client service.
- Contributing to business development initiatives and supporting the continued growth of the team.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in new build and plot sales work, whether acting for the developer or the buyer.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently.
- Enthusiasm for innovation and openness to working with AI-powered tools and systems.
- Ambition to progress and, over time, move into more specialist or complex areas of property law.
