Residential Conveyancer

The Opportunity

An award-winning firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its thriving team in Stoke-on-Trent.

The firm combines a fun, dynamic culture with a service-led, high-quality approach — it’s not a volume-driven or factory-style conveyancing setup.

You’ll be part of a conveyancer-led team of three, supported by dedicated admin staff and modern systems designed to let you focus on what you do best: delivering outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a manageable caseload (around 30 matters per month per team).
  • Handling the full range of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
  • Providing an exceptional, personal service to clients.
  • Working collaboratively in a close-knit, supportive team.
  • Supporting the firm’s continued growth and helping to bring through junior team members.
  • Maintaining compliance with CQS standards and firm-wide quality processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experienced Residential Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Solicitor.
  • Strong technical skills and an eye for detail.
  • A genuine commitment to client service and quality, not volume.
  • Enthusiastic about teamwork, learning and development.
  • Comfortable in an office-based environment, with flexibility for occasional adjusted hours.
  • Someone who enjoys being part of a firm that’s growing fast and values its people.

What’s on Offer

  • Competitive salary depending on experience.
  • A friendly, management-light environment that trusts and supports its people.
  • Extensive administrative support to ease pressure and improve efficiency.
  • Modern offices with a positive, team-focused atmosphere.
