Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to take the next step in a supportive, established firm? Our client has a fantastic opportunity in Blackburn for a motivated conveyancing professional to join their friendly team and play a key role in their continued growth.
This role would suit a Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancing Fee-Earner who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys managing files autonomously from start to finish. You’ll run your own caseload of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity, providing clear, confident advice to clients and delivering a first-class service throughout each transaction.
What you’ll do

Manage a varied residential caseload from instruction to post-completion

Maintain excellent communication with clients, estate agents and third parties

Ensure accuracy, compliance and strong attention to detail across all matters

Work collaboratively with a supportive conveyancing team whilst maintaining autonomy
What we’re looking for

Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Residential Conveyancer

Strong working knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes

Confident handling a full, fast-moving caseload

Clear communicator with a client-focused approach
