About the Role:
- Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions, including, sales and purchases (both freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity and remortgages.
- Support the Head of Residential Conveyancing in the day-to-day running of the department
- Contribute to the future development and growth of the residential conveyancing team
- Deliver a top-tier service to a diverse and valued client base
About You:
- Minimum four years’ fee-earning experience in a Residential Conveyancing department
- Strong understanding of all aspects of residential property law
- Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
- Committed to high-quality client service and maintaining professional standards
- Motivated, proactive, and looking to grow within a leading law firm
