The Role
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Handling a range of transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and lender requirements
- Delivering an efficient, client-focused service
- Contributing to the continued success and growth of the property team

Key Responsibilities
- Running a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Managing transactions from instruction through to post-completion
- Drafting contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements
- Reviewing title documents and search results
- Liaising with all parties to progress transactions efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining accurate file management and records
- Meeting deadlines and achieving fee-earning targets
About You
The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and client-focused. You will have:
- Experience as a Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or Solicitor
- Proven ability to manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and property law
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions
- A proactive and professional approach
- Commercial awareness and commitment to achieving targets
