The Role

  • Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Unregistered properties acquired and sold via part exchange by housebuilders
  • Drafting and issuing conveyancing documentation
  • Managing pre-contract enquiries
  • Reviewing and reporting on title and searches
  • Negotiating and exchanging contracts
  • Handling completions
  • Post-completion formalities (SDLT, Land Registry registrations)

The Team

  • Nationally recognised residential practice
  • Collaborative, cross-disciplinary environment with specialists across multiple offices

The Person

  • Minimum 5 years’ residential conveyancing experience
  • Proven ability to manage caseload independently
  • Experience of both leasehold and freehold transactions
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
