Our client is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Assistant to join their team in Brighouse, West Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced paralegal or conveyancing assistant to advance their career within a well-established and reputable firm.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to fee earners across all aspects of residential property transactions, helping to deliver a smooth and efficient conveyancing process. Your responsibilities will include liaising with clients, preparing and managing documentation, and handling case files from initial instruction through to completion, all while maintaining excellent service standards and attention to detail.
Key Requirements:

Previous experience as a Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant within residential conveyancing

Strong understanding of the end-to-end conveyancing process

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and perform effectively under pressure

Proficiency with legal databases and case management systems is preferred
