Key Requirements

Previous experience as a Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant within Residential Conveyancing

Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Clear and confident written and verbal communication

Proficiency with conveyancing software and Microsoft Office

A proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
