Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner sought to join the thriving team of a long-established practice with offices in Chester and the North West.

 

Based in their friendly Chester office, this superb opportunity involves managing a diverse portfolio of residential conveyancing matters, working with both local and national clients.

 

The role:

The successful candidate will handle a range of tasks including advising clients, preparing documentation such as contracts and transfer deeds, conducting property searches, liaising with mortgage lenders, and managing post-completion requirements. The role requires a proactive and organised individual capable of working independently while maintaining high levels of professionalism and client service.

 

You will be expected to contribute to developing and maintaining business relationships and providing accurate quotations to clients.

 

Skills required:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential property law
  • Background as a Licenced Conveyancer or similar role
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage case loads
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in handling a full range of conveyancing tasks from initial quotation to post-completion
