About the role
As a Residential Conveyancing Fe Earner, your day-to-day duties may include:
- Running your own caseload of freehold, leasehold sales and purchases matters
- Gaining fantastic exposure to New Build and Plot Sales work
- Advising client and liaising them throughout the process, from start to finish
- Drafting all relevant legal documents and checks
About You
The successful candidate for this Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner position will ideally have 2+ years’ previous experience within Property law, is ambitious, passionate and can demonstrate excellent time management, client care and communication skills. Past experience within Plot Sales and New Build work is desirable but not essential as our client can offer fantastic training and development opportunities.
