About the Role
You will join the busy Residential Conveyancing team, managing a caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing contracts and exchanging contracts
- Handling transfers of funds and remortgage matters
- Drafting Declarations of Trust

Salary & Benefits
The firm offers a flexible salary depending on skills and level of PQE. The final salary will reflect your experience, expertise, and PQE.
