We are working with a well-established and forward-thinking law firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services who are receruitng for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their Splading office.
The Role
We are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our busy and friendly Residential Property team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to fee earners while managing their own caseload where appropriate, ensuring transactions progress efficiently and clients receive an excellent service.

Assisting fee earners with residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity

Managing files from instruction through to completion under supervision

Drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence

Conducting title checks, searches, and Land Registry applications

Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors

Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements

Maintaining accurate file management and case records
About You

Previous experience as a paralegal in residential conveyancing

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Confident communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach

Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines

Proficient in IT systems and case management software

A proactive team player with a willingness to learn and develop
