The Role
You will manage a full and varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, providing high-quality legal advice and exceptional client service throughout.
Responsibilities include:

Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

Managing files independently from start to finish

Providing clear, practical advice to clients and agents

Attending weekly team meetings and regular 1-to-1s with management

Contributing to continuous improvement and client satisfaction
Requirements

Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Residential Conveyancer

Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions

Proven ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently

Excellent communication and client-care skills

Consistent track record of delivering high-quality legal work
