We are seeking a dedicated Residential Conveyancer to join our client's highly regarded Residential Property Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to manage a diverse caseload independently, including sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold transactions, remortgages, and transfers of equity. The role is primarily office-based, with a preference for full-time attendance, although hybrid working with one day from home may be considered after a successful probation period. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision, ensuring exceptional client service and maintaining the firm’s high standards of excellence and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage a varied caseload from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold transactions, and transfers of equity
- Provide clear and professional communication with clients and interested parties
- Maintain accurate financial management of files and case progress
- Support the firm's ongoing initiatives to uphold accreditations such as Lexcel and CQS
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth case progression and compliance
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years’ proven experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge covering all aspects of residential property transactions
- Ability to run a caseload from start to finish independently
- Experience with quality standards such as Lexcel and CQS (desirable)
- Comfortable working in a predominantly office-based environment, with flexibility after probation
