The Opportunity
Sacco Mann is seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our client's well-established team in Bury, Greater Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for solicitors with a solid background in residential property law to contribute to a busy and expanding practice.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a broad spectrum of conveyancing transactions, ranging from freehold and leasehold sales, registered and unregistered properties, to new builds, shared ownership, buy-to-let transactions, and remortgages. Working closely with the Head of Department and supported by a team of four, the role offers a stimulating environment where quality service and professional growth are valued. The position requires a confident solicitor with 2-5 years PQE, capable of handling casework independently while maintaining excellent client communication.

What They're Looking For
- 2-5 years PQE in residential conveyancing

- Knowledge of registered and unregistered property matters

- Ability to handle remortgages and transfers of property
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive approach and team-oriented mindset
