The Role
- Managing a residential conveyancing caseload with appropriate supervision, depending on experience
- Handling a range of transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Supporting senior colleagues on more complex matters where required
- Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and lender requirements
- Delivering a high standard of client care and service

Key Responsibilities
- Running a residential conveyancing caseload appropriate to your level of experience
- Assisting with more complex transactions as required
- Drafting contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements
- Reviewing title documents and search results
- Liaising with all parties to ensure smooth progression of matters
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining accurate file management and records
- Meeting deadlines and contributing to team targets
About You
The ideal candidate will be motivated, organised, and eager to develop their career. You will have:
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ+) with relevant experience
- Experience in residential conveyancing (including during training or prior roles)
- Strong interest in property law
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

- Willingness to learn and develop within a supportive team
