Sacco Mann Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-established and highly regarded national law firm seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join their growing property team in Stamford or Nottingham.

The Role
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Handling a wide range of transactions including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Advising clients clearly and effectively throughout the conveyancing process
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and lender requirements
- Delivering a high standard of client care and service
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate

Key Responsibilities
- Running a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Managing transactions from instruction to post-completion
- Drafting contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements
- Reviewing title documents and search results
- Liaising with all parties to ensure the smooth progression of matters
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining accurate file management and records
- Meeting deadlines and achieving fee-earning targets
About You
The ideal candidate will be experienced, organised, and client-focused. You will have:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with 4+ years’ PQE
- Proven ability to manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple transactions
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members (desirable)
- A proactive and professional approach
- Commercial awareness and commitment to achieving targets
- A collaborative and positive team attitude
