The Role
As Residential Development Partner, you will:

Lead on residential development and regeneration projects, acting as a trusted adviser to developers and investors

Advise on land acquisition, planning, infrastructure agreements and development strategy

Work closely with local authorities, contractors, consultants and funders to ensure smooth project delivery

Play a key role in client relationship management, business development and team leadership

Provide strategic input on risk management, commercial structuring and delivery of large-scale schemes
About You
You will be a senior real estate lawyer with:

Proven experience in Residential Development / Property Development, ideally at Partner or Legal Director level

Strong technical knowledge across land acquisition, planning and development processes

Excellent stakeholder management and commercial advisory skills

A collaborative mindset with the ability to build long-term client relationships

Experience working on complex, multi-party residential developments in the North West or wider UK market
