The Role
The successful candidate will be providing support to the residential property department, assisting with a broad range of conveyancing transactions from initial instruction through to completion. You will be involved in drafting legal documents, conducting property searches, and liaising with clients and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient case progression. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting solicitors and fee earners with residential property transactions - Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts and transfers - Conducting property searches and organising SDLT forms - Communicating effectively with clients, estate agents, and lenders - Managing case files to ensure timeliness and accuracy - Ensuring compliance with all regulatory procedures and firm policies
About you
