Sacco Mann is currently recruiting for a RTA paraelegal to join a highly regarded legal firm in Leeds. This position provides an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-focused individual to contribute to a busy litigation team.
In this role, you will support fee earners in the management of a varied caseload, with a particular emphasis on RTA (Road Traffic Accident) matters. Your responsibilities will include assisting with case preparation, responding to client queries, and ensuring all documentation is accurately produced, maintained, and filed. The ideal candidate will be well-organised, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and have a solid understanding of the litigation processes involved in RTA claims. Requirements

Previous experience as a RTA Paralegal or Litigation Assistant

Experience in claimant or defendant motor, or motor recovery litigation

Sound knowledge of litigation procedures relevant to personal injury cases

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Competence in using case management systems and MS Office

A proactive approach with strong attention to detail
