Senior Associate / Leadership Hire – Contentious Probate (London)
Location: Central London (1 day per week in office, hybrid flexible)
A top-ranked contentious probate firm, successful and well-established in the North of England, is opening a new London office in March 2026 and is seeking a Senior Associate or above to help lead this launch.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the London presence, building and maintaining strong referrer relationships

Manage complex contentious probate matters with autonomy

Provide leadership and support to junior lawyers and colleagues

Contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For:

Significant experience in contentious wills, trusts and probate

Strong leadership and business development skills

Existing London contacts / networks preferred

Collaborative, commercially aware, and proactive approach

Interest in helping shape and grow a new office
