About the role:
You’ll lead a talented team and drive the development of the firm’s corporate offering, building on strong existing foundations. The work will span the full range of corporate transactions and advisory matters, including M&A, restructures, shareholder agreements, and private equity deals. You’ll have the autonomy to manage and grow client relationships, attract new business, and shape the department’s strategic direction.

Experienced Corporate Solicitor with a strong reputation and proven track record in M&A and general corporate work
