This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to join a growing residential property team and play a key role in its continued development.
The successful candidate will manage a diverse residential conveyancing caseload, providing high-quality advice to clients while maintaining the firm’s strong reputation for service. In addition, you will support and supervise junior members of the team, contributing to training, development and the overall success of the department.
The role will involve:

Managing a full caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases and remortgages

Providing clear, pragmatic advice to clients throughout the transaction process

Supervising, mentoring and supporting junior fee earners

Ensuring compliance with property law, processes and best practice

Contributing to the growth and continued success of the residential property team
The ideal candidate will have:

Qualification as a Solicitor with strong experience in Residential Conveyancing

Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently

Excellent communication and client-care skills

Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff (or the desire to step into this responsibility)
